Booking Policy:
Please make sure you have read the policy thoroughly before committing to your appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please make sure you are over 18 when booking your appointment.
If you are pregnant please wait until after your first trimester to book an appointment (you must be over 12 weeks to have a facial). We cannot perform our detox treatments at any stage of your pregnancy. We are also not able to perform any treatment including facials if you are currently breastfeeding.
If you have any medical concerns, such as heart problems, epilepsy, diabetes, auto immune diseases etc please contact Gabriella before booking your appointment as you may not be able to have treatment.

Clients will be charged a £20 booking fee upfront for all services

If clients do not show up they will be charged 100% of the appointment value for all services
G.A.B - Gabriella's Aesthetics & Beauty requires a non-refundable booking fee of £20.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged an 100% no-show fee.
If you wish to reschedule you must do this 72 hours before your appointment as anything under 72 hours will be classed as a cancellation and your booking fee will be lost.
Please reschedule online if this is before 72 hours, to risk cancellation. If you message to reschedule and I do not see it in time due to being with clients this will be at your own risk.
You will be able to reschedule your appointment twice (before 72 hours), keeping the same booking fee. The third reschedule will be classed as a cancellation and you will lose your booking fee.
