Cancellation Policy & Membership T&C's
BOOKING, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
When booking using the Fresha system you won't be charged when cancelling up to 72 hours before your appointment time.
Otherwise any cancellation under 72 hours will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation, and 100% for under 24 hours notice and for not showing up.
Appointments can only be rescheduled up to 72 hours notice, rescheduling under 72 hours notice will class as a cancellation and the above charges will apply.
When booking online/Confirming your appointment, Fresha will ask you to input your card details, you will not be charged for the booking at the point, the payment will be taken in the salon, after the treatment by card, Bank transfer, Fresha or cash. Gabriella’s Aesthetics & Beauty will only be able to view the last 4 digits of your card and expiry date. This data is not shared with anyone else and is password protected to Gabriella’s Aesthetics & Beauty.
Gabriella’s Aesthetics & Beauty do not offer any refunds on your treatment. If you have any issues with your treatment you must contact Gabriella’s Aesthetics & Beauty within 72 hours so any issues can be rectified as soon as possible.
FACIAL MEMBERSHIP T&C's
6 Month Facial Membership T&C's:
5 Facials spread across 6 months means you are committing to consistent facials and ensuring appointments are booked in advance and understanding that rescheduling will prolong your next appointment, putting you at risk of the membership expiring.
This membership is valid for 6 months from the purchase date and cannot be extended.
You are responsible for booking in advance to avoid the membership expiring.
Willing to commit to treatments spaced 4/5 weeks apart or you run the risk of the membership expiring before attending all of the appointments.
Appointments can be rescheduled within the 72 hour policy however this is at your own risk due to limited availability. (Usually a 2-4 week wait for a new appointment)
Ensured you have checked Gabriella's Aesthetics & Beauty's opening hours and understand that Gabriella will not extend her hours past her opening times.
The 5% discount on products bought directly from Gabriella in the clinic only apply while the membership is still valid.
The 25% discount on additional facials only applies to yourself and within your 6 month membership. For example if you use all 5 facials in the first 5 months and you still have 1 month left of your membership, you can book additional facials at 25% off.
Memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances.
12 Month Facial Membership T&C's:
9 Facials Spread across 12 months allows for a bit more flexibility, however I understand that it is still my responsibility to ensure the appointments are booked in advance and understand that rescheduling will prolong the next appointment.
This membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and cannot be extended.
You are responsible for booking in advance to avoid the membership expiring.
Willing to commit to treatments spaced around 6 weeks apart or I understand that I run the risk of the membership expiring before attending all of the appointments.
Appointments can be rescheduled within the 72 hour policy, however at your own risk due to limited availability. (Usually a 2-4 week wait for a new appointment)

The 20% discount on additional facials only applies to myself and within the 12 month membership. For example if you use all 9 facials in the first 9 months and you still have 3 months of your membership remaining, you are able to book additional facials within those 3 months at 20% off.
This membership is non-refundable under any circumstances.
